A Site Fee applies for using the grounds only. Please inquire. Rates are variable depending on type of event and number of guests. Packages are available.
TERMS:
- Non-refundable, 25% deposit is required
- 50% payment is due 90 days prior to event
- Remaining balance, plus Per-Person Charge is due two weeks prior to event
- No hidden fees or gratuities
- All rentals and purchases are charged 5.5% tax

The following Rental Fees apply: stage, dance floor, tent, tent heaters, lighted trees (indoors and out), tables and chairs, table linens, overlays, chair covers.
Complimentary Amenities include: fire pit, bride’s private changing room, caterer’s service area (Used for serving only; not a kitchen for cooking. Available three hours prior to the event.)
